Office 365 Jr. Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Office 365 Junior Systems Administrator to support the District's Microsoft Office 365 environment and provide end-user support for Microsoft Office 365 services.

The client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Office 365 Junior Systems Administrator to support the District's Microsoft 365 environment. The Junior Administrator will assist with the daily management and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on providing responsive and effective end-user support.

Location: Washington DC

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience: 3 Year

Interviews: In Person

Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office suite and account creation in AD and Entra ID.
  • Experience with Azure AD Connect.
  • Managing Exchange and Active Directory permissions for user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, and public folders.
  • Supporting MS Office suite 2010, 2013, and 2016 as well as Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.
  • Troubleshooting Outlook client connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshooting email delivery and email routing issues.
  • Expert-level customer service and client-facing expertise with Office 365.
  • Supporting and training endโ€“users on Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016 and configuring it for the new O365 service.
  • Expert knowledge in Outlook 2013, 2013, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online and O365 on-line services.
  • Certifications: Microsoft 365.
  • Certified: Administrator expert.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
