Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for a Regional Market Administrator in McLean, VA. This is a contract opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. Job Description:

In this role, you will provide admin support for a major Automotive Manufacturer. The Regional Administrator will process the workflow of the Dealer Action packages system, from initiating, analyzing and reviewing all Dealer Development packages for accuracy prior to approval by Regional Management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leverage ATS and resume management tools to efficiently screen, track, and hire candidates.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information pertaining to the Regions dealers.

  • Act as the primary Dealer Development contact for updates to the SAP database.

  • Develop and prepare documentation; maintain and update key dealer, franchise, and vendor actions accurately.

  • Interface with National on agreement activities and requirements.

  • Evaluate complex ownership structures and related state-by-state legal requirements to determine required packages/documents based on the situation presented.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High School Diploma/GED, Associates or Bachelors preferred

  • 2+ years of administrative experience

  • Must be proficient with MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

  • SAP experience highly preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must be a team player, willing to assist others and take on additional duties as needed

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
