Description
The Engineering Coordinator supports the Director of Project Engineering by coordinating engineering activities across multiple concurrent projects. This role serves as an organizational and communication hub between Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Engineering leadership to ensure engineering tasks, schedules, and deliverables are accurately tracked, maintained, and communicated. The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for maintaining project trackers, supporting Project Engineers with administrative and data management tasks, and providing timely, accurate project information to the Director of Project Engineering. This position plays a key role in engineering visibility, workload coordination, reporting accuracy, and the efficient execution of engineering work across the organization.* Coordinate engineering efforts across multiple projects by working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers.* Maintain and update engineering project trackers, dashboards, and assignment logs to reflect scope, schedules, progress, and resource allocation.* Responsible for time and expense validation across the Project Engineering community.* Assist Project Engineers with administrative and coordination tasks, including data entry, documentation organization, and status tracking.* Collect, consolidate, and communicate engineering status updates, risks, and key metrics to the Director of Project Engineering.* Support engineering planning, workload balancing, and prioritization by providing accurate and up-to-date project data.
