We are currently seeking a Mobile Nursing Home Administrator.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Serve as interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at designated facilities during vacancies, transitions, or other operational needs.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and direction to facility teams to ensure efficient daily operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee resident care, staffing, budget adherence, census growth, and overall facility performance.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to drive quality care outcomes and survey preparedness.
  • Identify operational deficiencies and implement action plans to stabilize and improve performance.
  • Support and mentor facility administrators and department leaders, promoting strong leadership culture and accountability.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Clinical, and Compliance teams to lead investigations, implement disciplinary actions, and resolve personnel challenges as needed.
  • Provide detailed reports and regular updates to regional leadership regarding facility status and progress.
  • Travel extensively to assigned locations within the company's operational footprint.
Requirements:
  • Current and active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in applicable state(s); multi-state licensure preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Proven track record of successful facility operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, long-term care operations, financial oversight, and resident rights.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with staff, residents, families, and regional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage change effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 75%) based on company needs.
  • Multi-facility or regional-level experience preferred.
  • Experience with turnaround or survey remediation environments preferred.
