BCS, Inc a healthcare practice management firm located in Waconia, MN is seeking the right candidate to join our staff as a Patient Accounting /Customer Service Rep. This is a Full Time staff position. Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm at our Waconia Corporate office.
Our Patient Accounting Staff works with third party payers, patients, legal teams and other professionals to resolve claim denials, delays, disputes and patient informational needs. The Patient Accounting Reps will spend the majority of each day online processing key insurance details and interpreting them for the patient as well as the clientele of BCS. Our Patient Accounting staff are available via phone and online offering assistance to payers, government entities, and patients nationwide.
