IT Specialist (Systems & Network)

Alcobendas (On-site) | Full-time

What will you do?

You'll be part of the team ensuring that the company's IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is not just a basic support role - you'll have real impact on daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network)
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systems
  • Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-end
  • Managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity)
  • Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM)
  • Managing IT inventory and software licenses
  • Supporting backup systems and data integrity
  • Maintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents)

What we're looking for

  • Degree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in IT support / systems / networking roles
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • Windows environments
    • Network troubleshooting
    • Hardware and system configuration
  • Professional level of Spanish and English, desirable Russian and/or Armenian
