  • Regularly canvas BCS Allegient's IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and other contract vehicles for task-order opportunities, RFIs, Sources Sought notices, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Support capture activities through customer, competitor, incumbent, and teaming-partner research, as well as meeting coordination, action tracking, and preparation of pursuit materials.
  • Support proposal development, including schedules, compliance matrices, data calls, partner coordination, past performance, resumes, corporate qualifications, and document management.
  • Coordinate teaming activities and maintain partner information, including capabilities, past performance, socioeconomic status, contract access, and strategic fit.
  • Initiate, track, maintain, and file NDAs and Teaming Agreements, including modifications, extensions, expiration tracking, and document management.
  • Administer BCS Allegient's contract vehicle portfolio, including maintaining records, monitoring reporting requirements, coordinating submissions, and tracking vehicle communications and opportunities.
  • Support administration and compliance for BCS Allegient joint ventures, including registrations, certifications, reporting requirements, deadlines, partner coordination, and related business development activity.
  • Maintain Business Development systems, trackers, SharePoint repositories, PIEE and other federal procurement accounts, while supporting reporting, process improvement, and administrative coordination across BD, Operations, Contracts, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to handle proprietary, procurement-sensitive, and company-sensitive information appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications
  • One to three years of experience supporting business development, capture, proposals, contracts, program support, or business operations.
  • Experience within the federal government contracting industry.
  • Familiarity with SAM.gov and federal procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and federal task-order contracting.
  • Experience supporting proposal or capture activities.
  • Experience using business development pipeline or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with NDAs, Teaming Agreements, joint ventures, PIEE, GSA eBuy, or other federal procurement systems.
