  • Analyze participant census data and calculate employer contributions.
  • Analyze and reconcile plan assets.
  • Interpret plan documents and amendments to ensure accurate application of plan provisions.
  • Prepare and review Form 5500 filings.
  • Calculate lost earnings associated with late participant contributions when required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of retirement plan administration or retirement plan compliance experience.
  • Strong understanding of qualified retirement plan compliance and annual administration.
  • Experience performing non-discrimination and compliance testing, including ADP/ACP, 415, 414, coverage, and Top-Heavy testing.
  • Experience preparing Form 5500 filings.
  • Ability to interpret retirement plan documents and amendments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using CalcAir (Datair) software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field.
