Job Details:
  • Must Be Experienced.
  • $12 Hour Plus Service Bar Tips and eight seats at the bar.
  • Must be able to Serve Menu accurately.
  • Must have Food Menu Knowledge.
  • Able to Multitask.
  • Nine Seat Bar, High Volume Service Bar, High Volume Dining, Upper Scale Menu, and Clientele.
  • Need all Shifts.
  • Full or part-time shifts
  • Responsible for Training and Following up with New Employees
  • Inventory Weekly, Liquor Ordering, Beer ordering
  • Responsible for Stocking of New Products and Restocking Wines and Beers
  • Organization In Inventory and Sales Logs
  • Responsible for Cleanliness of Bar and Delegation of Weekly Cleaning Duties
  • Must Have Complete Knowledge of ALL ALE Law Enforcement Compliance
