Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator Profile

Highly organized and results-oriented Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator with experience supporting  service, maintenance, and operational teams in fast-paced business environments. Proven ability to manage administrative operations, coordinate field activities, support executives, and maintain strong communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Strong background in customer service, scheduling, dispatch coordination, project follow-up, and day-to-day office operations. Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with clients, coordinating service requests, answering inbound calls, managing calendars and emails, and supporting overall business operations with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

This role requires someone who is highly dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting a growing operation.
