TechSur Solutions is a digital services company whose mission is to enable digital transformation for our customers to improve quality and efficiency. Based in the DC metropolitan area, TechSur specializes in advanced cloud services, modernization for both IT structures and applications, leveraging Agile development, and Data Analytics. Since we were formed in August of 2016, we have supported multiple impactful and exciting government programs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with HSIN stakeholders across Federal, State, Local, Tribal, Territorial, International, Private Sector, and homeland security mission communities.
  • Develop outreach approaches that equip stakeholders to champion HSIN within and across mission spaces.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, briefings, virtual webinars, workshops, exercises, demonstrations, special events, and ad hoc training sessions.
  • Develop fact sheets, online updates, newsletters, case studies, talking points, briefing decks, stakeholder updates, web copy, and adoption materials.
  • Track stakeholder communications, follow-ups, stakeholder actions, participation, and engagement lifecycle activity in HELM or equivalent Government-approved tools.
  • Support development and maintenance of the HSIN Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Stakeholder Matrix, Travel Schedule, Event Summaries, Stakeholder Engagement Metric Reports, and Stakeholder Engagement Activity Reports.
  • Provide operational support for exercises, incidents, mission-critical visits, and special events when requested by the Government.
Qualifications

Required / Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, outreach, adoption, change management, customer success, or mission partner engagement.
  • Experience leading stakeholder-facing teams and identifying stakeholder business needs in mission-driven environments.
  • Direct experience supporting DHS Management Directorate or Senior Level Staff/ leaders is REQUIRED.
  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior stakeholders, translate mission needs into engagement actions, and manage stakeholder expectations through consultation and negotiation.
  • Experience supporting DHS, homeland security, national security, emergency management, intelligence, law enforcement, or other mission-focused Federal programs is REQUIRED.
  • Strong writing, facilitation, campaign planning, metrics, relationship-management, and executive communications skills.
  • Familiarity with and/or demonstrated use of HSIN Products/ Product
