Corporate administrators help oversee the establishment of a company office that is incorporated overseas. This position is usually part of a consulting firm that is hired by a corporation to manage the overseas office. While corporate administrators do handle the paperwork required by the other country's government agencies for companies, this is more than an administrative role. You also participate in implementing best practices for governance and management and meet with board members and senior management regularly to discuss business goals and ensure the offshore operations are running smoothly. Your job duties include maintaining detailed and organized company records, preparing corporate communications, and making sure the company complies with corporate laws and regulations.
