Job description

Salary: $12-$20 per hour

BIG COUNTRY TITLEseeks an experiencedEscrow Processorwho understands escrow standards, title documents, real estate regulations and guidelines, and document preparation. This position is responsible for pre-closing matters and must work closely with customers, lenders, real estate agents, loan officers, and attorneys. S/he must have excellent written and verbal skills and must be attentive to details. The successful candidate will have above average communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Our escrow processor/ assistant must be professional and adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards. This position requires the ability to think critically, be proactive, plan, organize, and problem solve, with additional skills in mathematics, reading, writing, and technology. 2+ years experience required.
