**Experienced Escrow Assistant – South Bay, CA | Escrow Jobs in Southern California – South Bay | GE Partners**
**Location:** Southern California – South Bay
GE Partners is a privately held escrow support and operations firm that manages multiple successful escrow brands across the Southern California South Bay area. We provide back-office, HR, compliance, and operational support for our affiliated companies—and we’re growing. We believe in investing in great people, whether you’re an escrow pro or just starting your journey. This is an in-person position based in our South Bay offices.
**Position Overview:**
Support escrow officers in opening, processing, and closing real estate transactions. This role requires precision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Open escrow files and order title, demands, and insurance
- Prepare and audit escrow instructions and settlement statements
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and agents
- Track transaction deadlines and ensure compliance
- Assist with funding/disbursement approval and closing tasks
**Required Qualifications:**
- 1–2 years’ experience in escrow, real estate, mortgage, title, or legal fields
- Proficiency in Qualia or similar escrow transaction platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Alignment with GE Partners’ core values
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bilingual or Notary Public license a plus
- Experience coordinating high-volume document workflows
