Escrow Assistant

The Escrow Assistant plays a vital supporting role in the real estate transaction process by assisting with the accurate and timely completion of title settlement and escrow activities. This position supports the coordination of various aspects of the closing process, including document preparation, review, and execution, to help facilitate the smooth transfer of property ownership. The Escrow Assistant works closely with Escrow Officers, lenders, and attorneys to help resolve issues, gather information, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including familiarity with multiple state frameworks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for supporting multiple transactions at once and maintaining accurate records. Ultimately, the Escrow Assistant contributes to a seamless and positive closing experience for all parties, supporting the overall success of the real estate transaction under the direction of experienced escrow professionals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
