What We Do
We are looking to grow our Commercial Escrow Assistant team in Tampa, Florida!
The Commercial Escrow Assistant will provide support to the Commercial Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
What You'll Do:
  • Prepare documents.
  • Provide strong customer service skills.
  • Gather all necessary invoices for Closing.
  • General understanding and knowledge of contract and commitment.
  • Learn and gain proficiency of transactional accounting
  • Work closely with Escrow and Underwriter as directed.
  • Compliance with policies and procedures, including wire fraud training.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience as an Associate Escrow Assistant or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related real estate or title field.

Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly
