Reporting to the VP of Escrow, this position supports the successful execution of real estate closings by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and customer service support to the closing and escrow teams. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation, coordination and delivery of closing documentation while maintaining full compliance with company policies, lender requirements and applicable industry regulations.
Additionally, this position collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather required closing information and assists in coordinating the tasks necessary to facilitate a smooth, efficient and positive closing experience for buyers, sellers, agents and lenders.
Qualifications Include:
  • High School diploma/ GED required
  • 1+ years of experience working in a title, escrow, mortgage or real estate environment
  • Working knowledge of title commitments, title searches, closing disclosures, EMDs and standard closing documents
  • Familiarity with lender requirements and escrow processes
  • Experience working with title production software preferred
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment preferred
  • Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
