805 Title is hiring an Escrow Officer in Santa Barbara, CA, and we're not looking for someone who "gets by." We want an escrow professional who treats every file like it's the only one that matters, because to the client, it is.


Here's the deal: escrow is stressful. Deadlines slip, documents go missing, buyers panic, and agents call ten times a day. Most companies just survive that chaos. Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full pipeline of purchase and refinance escrow files from open to close
  • Being the calm, organized point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders

  • Tracking every contingency and deadline so nothing and no one falls through the cracks
  • Solving title issues before they become client facing problems
