  • Review post-closing files and recording packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.

  • Review deeds, mortgages, riders, affidavits, and related documents for signatures, notarization, vesting, legal descriptions, and other

  • recording requirements.

  • Compare information across closing documents and systems to identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections.

  • Verify recording fees, page and party counts, and transaction details; document shortages, overages, or fee variances.

  • Prepare, scan, index, and upload recording documents into document repositories and workflow systems.

  • Create and submit electronic recording packages.

  • Verify grantor and grantee information, property data, county indexing fields, recording order, and document images before submission.

  • Monitor work queues and complete assigned tasks within service level and turnaround-time expectations.

  • Research and resolve rejected, incomplete, or discrepant recording packages and escalate issues when needed.

Pay Details: $18.01 per hour
