 Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Escrow Support Processor opportunity in Mesa, AZ 85204 with an onsite work schedule. Responsibilities for Escrow Support Processor include but are not limited to:

·       The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows, relieving Branch offices of high-volume paperwork.

·       This role supports a fast-paced, production-focused environment and is responsible for processing a large volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.

·       This position is strictly a production and processing role and does not communicate directly with Branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders.

·       The Escrow Support Processor works behind the scenes to ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

·       The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.

Candidates Escrow Support Processor must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       Work schedules may vary based on business demands.

·       The ability to work overtime, including extended daily hours and occasional weekends, is a condition of employment and an essential function of this position.

·       Employees must be available to work overtime as directed to support production requirements, month-end processing, peak volume periods, and other operational needs.

·       Candidate should be located near the office to ease commute.

·       Detail-Oriented/accuracy, Flexible, Self-Motivation, Decision making.  Willing to train.

·       Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process preferred

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
