  • Assist Escrow Officer with residential escrow transactions
  • Open and process files from start to closing
  • Order payoffs, demands, HOA documents, and other required items
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies
  • Prepare documents and maintain accurate escrow files
  • Provide excellent customer service while meeting deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years of California escrow processing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files
  • Proficient with SMS Streamline software a plus but not required. Must know how to navigate Microsoft Office
  • Receive 100% of your notary fees
