Overview
Ticor Title a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to join its Portland, OR office. FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. FNF is the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters - Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Alamo Title and National Title of New York - that collectively issue more title insurance policies than any other title company in the United States. Duties
Assists Escrow Officer with opening orders, clearing title, client communications, basic document preparation, funding conditions, recording packages and disbursements. Supports office with shared duties which may include reception and banking functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
• Minimum of 1 year in the Commercial Real Estate space.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal/written communication.
• Organizational, problem solving capability.
• Analytical skills.
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently.
