Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Escrow Officer to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate with realtors, loan officers, underwriters, and other professionals to assist clients with the closing process in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills. 

Responsibilities 
  • Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry, including real estate agents and loan officers
  • Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions and monitor compliance with contracts
  • Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
  • Prepare and deliver closing documents to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
  • Facilitate the disbursement of escrow funds
  • Perform administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous 5 years experience closing escrow transactions 
  • Understanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow process
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computer software, including familiarity with title and escrow software
