Escrow Assistant

Parker County Title Co. | Willow Park, Texas | Full-Time, On-Site

If you are organized, good with people, great at keeping track of details, and somehow get a little satisfaction out of making sure everything is exactly where it is supposed to be, you might be our person.

Parker County Title Co. is hiring an Escrow Assistant for our Willow Park office.

We are looking for someone with previous title experience who understands the pace and moving parts of a residential real estate transaction and wants to be part of a team that takes great care of agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.

This role is a huge part of making closings go smoothly. You will work closely with our Escrow Officers and help keep files organized, communication flowing, deadlines on track, and surprises to a minimum.

Our clients are making some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Our job is to handle the details, communicate clearly, solve problems, and make sure they feel taken care of from contract to closing.

What You’ll Do

As an Escrow Assistant, you will help support the escrow process from the moment a contract comes in through closing and post-closing.

That includes things like:

  • Opening and maintaining escrow files
  • Reviewing contracts and entering transaction information
  • Ordering title work, surveys, HOA documents, payoff statements, tax information, and other required items
  • Communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and vendors
  • Gathering documents and information needed for closing
  • Helping prepare closing documents and settlement statements
  • Scheduling closings
  • Tracking deadlines and outstanding items
  • Assisting Escrow Officers with funding and post-closing responsibilities
  • Keeping files organized, accurate, and moving forward
  • Making sure clients and agents are not left wondering what is happening with their transaction

Basically, you help keep the train on the tracks.

What We’re Looking For

Previous title or escrow experience is strongly preferred.

We want someone who already understands the basics of the title world and can quickly become an important part of the team.

You should have:

  • Previous experience with a title company, escrow office, real estate closing operation, or similar environment
  • Strong organizational skills
