Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Closer who brings an existing book of business and a proven track record in managing real estate transactions from contract to close. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values both independence and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential (and/or commercial) escrow transactions from opening to funding and closing
  • Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and disbursements
  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referral partners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the closing process

Qualifications:
