Training may be working as a loan officer or loan processor. Some positions require you to be familiar with federal and state housing authority regulations and laws. All escrow processors need to have a strong working knowledge of real estate transactions, taxes, and legal paperwork associated with them. You should have good analytical thinking and verbal communication skills as well.
