Job description

Pay Rate: $19 - $20 per hourWork Mode: 100% onsiteSummary:
  • Ability to work Pacific hours - 6:00 am to 5:30 pm PST
  • OT may be required depending on the business need and/or risk
  • Potential temp to perm depending on candidate's performance and business needs
Responsibilities:
  • Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows
  • Relieve branches of high-volume processes
  • Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches and occasionally customers
  • Scan/image escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and vital records are protected
  • Ensure documents meet quality control standards
  • Handle receipt of Lender/Buyer Funds
  • Work closely with Escrow to provide in-office support
  • Fulfill prior to doc conditions
  • Manage HOA demands and process remediation
  • Perform escrow support functions on a national level
  • Engage in high volume, production role consisting of 6.5 hours daily processing
  • Participate in monthly meetings with manager to review production numbers and train on new tasks
Requirements:
  • Self-starter, problem solver, team-oriented
  • Not afraid of pressure and change
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Time management and leadership skills
  • Team player
  • This is an entry-level position
Preferred Skills:
  • Escrow/industry experience is nice to have
