This position will be responsible for The Application Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Resware Title Production System (TPS), ensuring that it meets the operational needs of the organization. This includes supporting the platform's configuration, security, troubleshooting, upgrades, and integrations with other systems. The Application Administrator's expertise will ensure the continuous availability, scalability, and efficiency of the TPS. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as ALTA Best Practices, CFPB guidelines, and data privacy standards.
Essential Functions
  • Assist in supporting all front-end configurations for ResWare tools and other Title Production Systems (e.g. SoftPro, At Close) and add-ons.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for users regarding ResWare.
  • Work closely with IT and Business teams to optimize workflows and ensure necessary data is accessible and accurate.
  • Provide user access and analyze access procedures to identify and implement greater efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to ResWare.
  • Provide assistance as needed for back-end support including product upgrades.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • SQL/JQL skills a plus.
  • Ability to write scripts to automate and customize applications including Jira.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Jira administration and Conflucence usage.
  • Understanding software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
  • Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in application administration, preferably within the title insurance, mortgage financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Experience with title and escrow industry operations is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience customizing workflows, templates, reports and settings to support business operations.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administration Associate.
  • CompTIA Security+ or Network+
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • ALTA Best Practices Certification (or familiarity).

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.
