Job description

Resware Configuration & Fulfillment Specialist 


We are seeking 1-3 Resware Configuration & Fulfillment Specialists with strong industry knowledge and experience working within Resware at the Admin level to enhance our excellent team of support and consultative experts.


This role(s) will be responsible for fulfillment of tickets with specific scope based on qualified skill set and support abilities. We may hire multiple people for this growth opportunity. Any of the below skill sets and experience may qualify in combination with a history in the title insurance and settlement industry.


Will consider remote. Dallas metroplex preferred if skills and cultural fit align. Training provided.


Level 1

  • Ability to custom configure documents for Resware clients
  • Provide basic assistance for RW Admin levels users, min level config.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with scope.
  • Maintain configuration documentation and version control. 

Level 2/3

  • Review client documentation and business requirements to determine configuration needs. 
  • Translate scoped business processes into clear Resware workflows. 
  • Build and configure workflows from initial order/document intake through processing, closing, and fulfillment. 
  • Configure workflow steps, task assignments, dependencies, notifications, and required documentation. 
  • Ensure documents are properly incorporated into the appropriate workflow and transaction processes. 
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with scope.
  • Maintain configuration documentation and version control. 

Level 1/2/3

Resware Escalations Support

  • Online, chat and phone support
  • Take escalations from clients and resolve or direct for resolutions
  • Ensure final completion is reached.


Level 2

Settlement Specialist

  • Must have escrow experience and/or successful experience balancing files and assisting clients with high intensity, on demand resolution needs related to file balancing, and other settlement related issues on call.
  • Assist with Settlement related document configuration and workflow configuration and reconciliations for clients.
  • Work closely with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure processes function as designed. 


Level 1/2

Testing & Quality Assurance 

  • Develop and execute test scenarios for new configurations and workflows. 
  • Perform user acceptance testing and document results. 
  • Identify configuration issues, workflow gaps, and process improvements. 
  • Make necessary adjustments and retest prior to implementation. 
  • Ensure changes do not negatively impact existing workflows or clients. 


Level 2/3

Client & Internal Collaboration BA/Analyst

  • Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements. 
  • Participate in requirements-gathering meetings and process reviews. 
  • Translate operational requirements into practical SoftPro solutions with clear documented scope plans. 
  • Communicate configuration changes, workflow requirements, and implementation timelines. 
  • Ensure optimal timekeeping and deadline targeting for optimal delivery and SLA assurance for our clients


Required Qualifications 

  • Experience with Resware and its configuration capabilities, or documents or other support skill set.
  • Experience in the title, settlement, escrow, or real estate closing industry. 
  • Ability to hold self accountable to commitments promised
  • Ability to offer grace under pressure.
  • Ability to assume best intent with team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations or the ability to accurately meet deadlines and follow business requirements as laid out.
  • Ability to innately read a trigger point for escalation and willingness to ask for help when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control and willingness to help others who ask.
  • Ability to manage multiple configuration and implementation projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Resware administration.
  • Experience configuring Resware workflows and integrations.
  • Experience supporting software implementations or system conversions. 
  • Experience working directly with clients on configuration and workflow requirements. 
  • SQL Skill if possible.
