About the Role:

The Closer plays a critical role in the real estate transaction process by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of title settlement activities. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the closing process, including document preparation, review, and execution, to facilitate the smooth transfer of property ownership. The Closer works closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to resolve any issues that may arise and to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and familiarity with multiple state regulatory frameworks. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and to maintain accurate records. Ultimately, the Closer ensures that all parties involved have a seamless and positive closing experience, contributing to the overall success of the real estate transaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in title settlement or real estate closing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, title documents, and settlement procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools used in title and settlement operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Settlement Agent or Notary Public.
