Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position focuses on maintaining precise records, resolving title issues, and providing clear communication to customers. The role offers the chance to develop expertise in title processing with advancement opportunities toward becoming a Title Closer, all while operating in a no-travel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough title searches to verify property ownership and liens
  • Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Enter data accurately into systems and maintain organized records
  • Verify compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
