Title Processor - Closer – Miami, Florida (Near Dadeland Mall)


We are a fast-paced real estate title company in Miami, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team.  The ideal candidate is organized, experienced, and able to manage files from contract to closing with accuracy and professionalism.


Compensation:

  • $50,000 - $60,000 
  • Health benefits, medical, dental, and vision plans

  • 1 day per month, company holiday
  • Periodic merit bonus for exemplary work
  • Signing bonus for an exceptional candidate


Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 9:30 - 6:00; Flexible between 9:00 - 5:30

10:00 - 6:30

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 DOE


Responsibilities:
  • Process real estate title files from start to finish
  • Manage agent communications (calls, emails, requests)
  • Coordinate with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers
  • Order lien searches, title searches, and payoffs
  • Prepare settlement statements and closing packages
  • Clear title issues and follow compliance requirements
  • Maintain excellent communication with all parties involved

Qualifications:

Only candidates local to Dadeland, Miami, FL will be considered.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in residential title processing (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience and a valid title agent license (Preferred)
