Job description

BIG COUNTRY TITLE seeks an experienced Title Examiner with an understanding of documentation pertaining to real property. This position performs various tasks that require great attention to detail, including examining title orders to determine condition of title and insurability, review surveys, and completing title plant research. The successful candidate will plan and organize time and tasks effectively. S/he must have extensive reading and writing skills in order to professionally process incoming and outgoing correspondence, complete research, and assess the risks and liabilities for the company. Our Title Examiner must be a team player in order to coordinate title operations with other departments and should be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written). Extensive interactions with clients are required and s/he should be respectful of customers and their privacy.
