Senior Title Examiner

Location: Santa Paula, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25$40 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Title Examiner or Escrow Professional to research, review, and analyze real estate records and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of real estate transactions and at least 5 years of escrow or title-related experience. Candidates must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and review public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and maps
  • Review property ownership and chain of title
  • Identify title issues, liens, encumbrances, restrictions, and other matters affecting property ownership
  • Prepare and review title reports, commitments, and supporting documentation
  • Work with title officers, escrow personnel, attorneys, lenders, and customers
  • Review and organize real estate transaction documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Manage multiple files and meet deadlines
  • Communicate findings and updates clearly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in escrow, title, or a related real estate field
  • Candidates with 5+ years of escrow experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and documentation
