We are currently interviewing for an Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented person who fosters a team environment and who seeks excellence in all aspects of the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Processing vehicle titles and registration paperwork
  • Verifying ownership documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Submitting title applications to the appropriate state agency (such as the DMV)
  • Tracking title status and resolving title issues
  • Maintaining records and filing systems
  • Processing lien releases and ownership transfers
  • Communicating with customers, lenders, dealerships, and government offices

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Title processing of New and Used vehicles
  • Administration experience
  • Organized, structured, and reliable
  • Maintain a positive energetic attitude throughout the day
  • Proficient with Microsoft office: excel and outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented, Positive energy, Team Player
