Job Description Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Commercial Location: Columbus, Ohio Role Overview: Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial construction sites, ensuring cost-effective project delivery, strict adherence to safety and management policies, and excellent customer relations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all project phases: Job Set Up, Construction, and Close Out. Manage project costs and ensure maximum profitability and effectiveness.

Direct, train, and manage project teams, including performance appraisals and problem resolution. Act as the primary customer sponsor and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications & Skills: Project Portfolio: Must provide a project list showcasing successfully completed commercial projects with application.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of related commercial construction experience. Technology: Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with Procore project management system is required. Communication: Strong ability to analyze technical documents, resolve complex problems, and confidently present information to top management and clients.

Reasoning: Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions from abstract and concrete variables. Physical Demands: Ability to navigate construction sites (stand, walk, stoop, kneel), lift up to 25 pounds, and meet standard vision requirements.
