Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant with 2+ years of escrow or related experience to support the escrow process from start to finish. This role requires a solid understanding of functional tasks and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. The position offers potential for extension or conversion to permanent based on business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support escrow operations

Open escrow orders and input closing statement information

Prepare documents required for closing transactions

Handle complete disbursement of funds and follow up on escrow transactions

Communicate requirements and updates clearly to clients and stakeholders

Review and interpret agreements related to escrow transactions

Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and timelines

Identify issues, troubleshoot as needed, and recommend process improvements

Required Skills
Minimum 2+ years of escrow-related experience

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

Familiarity with escrow processes, documentation, and transactions
