What You'll Do

  • Support escrow openings and closings

  • Set up and maintain escrow files and documentation

  • Prepare correspondence and order preliminary title reports

  • Process fund disbursements and prepare closing statements and closing letters

  • Order payoffs, lien information, HOA documents, and evidence of insurance

  • Coordinate courier scheduling and delivery instructions

  • Distribute preliminary reports and provide updates as needed

  • Communicate with branch teams, internal partners, and clients throughout the escrow process

  • Follow established escrow procedures and assist with resolving processing issues

  • Support team goals and help maintain efficient operations

  • Perform other duties as assigned
