About the Company:
Ripple Effect Strategies is a digital fundraising and strategy firm focused on supporting progressive campaigns and causes. We partner with political campaigns and nonprofits to build sustainable fundraising programs and drive measurable impact.
About the Role:
Ripple Effect Strategies is seeking a full-time Digital Strategist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role you will, develop, execute, and optimize SMS and MMS campaigns for political and nonprofit clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Write clear, compelling SMS and MMS copy aligned with each client's voice and objectives.
  • Build, launch, and manage text messaging campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging performance.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Collaborate with internal digital teams to address client needs and provide updates.
  • Produce, load, and deploy messaging campaigns using relevant platforms.
  • Stay up to date on digital engagement trends and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills and Work Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital fundraising, political campaigns, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft concise, persuasive SMS or email copy.
  • Experience with A/B testing and using performance data to optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with texting platforms (e.g., Switchboard) and digital marketing tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
