Marketing Strategist
Reports To: Senior Growth Strategist or Director of Outcomes
Are you a proactive, confident, independent and business-minded strategist?

If so, as a Marketing Strategist for RedRover, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, client success and execution. This is a role for top-notch talent who doesn't just understand marketing, but understands marketing in the context of business performance. We are looking for top-notch talent to join our team.
At RedRover, we help B2B companies grow through smart strategy, strong execution, and marketing that drives real business results. We are looking for a Marketing Strategist who can jump into client accounts, think strategically, collaborate across teams, and help our clients achieve their goals.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, client success, and execution. You'll be involved early in our GO Plan process, helping shape marketing strategies and recommendations that align with client objectives. From there, you'll partner with Account Directors and internal teams to ensure those strategies are executed effectively and continue to deliver results over time.
Our clients span multiple industries, so we're looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new businesses quickly. You should be equally comfortable discussing high-level strategy with a client and diving into campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Do
  • Work alongside the Senior Manager of Strategy to develop client marketing strategies and GO Plans.
  • Support Account Directors in driving client success and achieving business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, increase lead generation, and drive measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with teams across strategy, sales, client services, digital marketing, and outcomes to ensure work is aligned and moving forward.
  • Review campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data and insights.
  • Help guide marketing programs that may include paid media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, social media, and sales enablement.
  • Stay current on B2B marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute strategic recommendations and ideas.

What We're Looking For
  • A strong background in B2B marketing with experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Experience using HubSpot and other CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
