Job description

Description
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Strategist to join the Marketing team. This role is responsible for marketing efforts to support Partner Firm initiatives. This is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days/week in our Boston (Back Bay) office. Leading through collaboration, you should be comfortable working with various styles and applying your marketing acuity and industry knowledge to drive campaigns and key initiatives forward. You bring a positive, can-do demeanor to the team, with a desire to learn about our clients and our business. You are proactive, detailed oriented, and have a roll up your sleeve's mentality. You also lead with a digital-first approach, with a strong emphasis on the analysis of metrics that contribute to the success of campaigns and future endeavors.
What you will do:
  • Lead end-to-end efforts, strategic and tactically, on marketing campaigns and initiatives for partner firms - including acting as the strategic marketing lead on product launches, customized materials, events, and communications
  • Work closely with our Financial Institutions Group, sales team, and other internal and external partners on partner-specific initiatives with a keen eye toward commercial opportunity and driving growth and retention
  • Liaise with the relevant partner firm contacts opportunistically to: share ideas and provide resources for mutual priorities, handle material reviews and coordination as needed, and build on the overall partnership.
  • Provide creative and thoughtful plans for elevating the awareness and visibility of our brand and product offerings - own and manage the multi-channel execution - including digital journeys, events, custom content, and more
  • Run tactical execution on campaigns around priority asset classes and product lines - this involves working on campaign strategy, tactical execution, and strong collaboration across teams and business lines
  • Represent Natixis marketing in partnership meetings and client events (home office and advisor-facing) while using such opportunity to identify fresh ideas to differentiate the Natixis brand, offering, and drive sales and retention efforts.

What you will bring:
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience required
  • Financial services marketing experience, or experience in a similarly regulated industry, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 licenses required, or the ability to obtain both within nine months of hire
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; presentation experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ownership of assigned projects
  • Ability to clearly articulate marketing plans, project progress, and recommendations to key stakeholders, and facilitate productive meetings and discussions
  • Experience developing creative briefs and integrated marketing campaign plans
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive team player with a collaborative "one-team" approach
  • Digital-first mindset with a collaborative approach to marketing execution
  • Experience implementing, measuring, and analyzing marketing performance metrics to assess and communicate campaign effectiveness
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners, including Editorial, Design, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Compliance
