We are hiring for the role of Senior Client Marketing Manager – Buyer & Seller Programs. Below are the key details:

Role Overview
This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive engagement and lead conversion for homebuyers and sellers. The position works cross-functionally to implement high-impact programs that connect consumers with real estate professionals and optimize performance across the marketing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead marketing cycles for seller-focused initiatives to generate high-quality leads.
• Lead marketing cycles for buyer initiatives leveraging lead-generation and demand generation strategies.
• Execute end-to-end client webinars and educational programs, including content planning and curriculum design.
• Support product launches and cross-functional marketing programs.
• Optimize customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams.
• Track KPIs including lead retention and NPS scores to refine strategy and improve results.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of B2B or B2B2C marketing experience.
• Experience in lead generation, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing.
• 4+ years in real estate, proptech, fintech, or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Preferred Skills
• Experience launching and scaling marketplace or platform-based marketing programs.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Experience improving NPS scores and lead conversion metrics.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
