Job description

About Savvy Wealth:

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.

Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs dayโ€‘day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.

AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Savvy Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at Savvy uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.

We're a Series B company hitting our stride, with roughly 150 employees and over 500% yearโ€‘overโ€‘year growth, backed by $105M from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, and Mark Casady (former CEO of LPL Financial). Come help us scale!

Recognition:

We're a Certified Great Place to Work and have been honored for our culture and our growth:

  • Newsweek's America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026
  • Fortune Best Workplaces in New York 2026, Small & Medium Companies
  • Great Place to Work Certified
The Role:

Client Marketing at Savvy is one of the core reasons advisors choose us and stay. We run an embedded marketing services team that works directly with each advisor: dedicated support, campaigns built around their niche and audience, and a paid media program that extends their reach. It's a differentiator in the market and a direct driver of AUM growth.

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Client Marketing to own the quality, scalability, and strategic direction of this function. As the team grows with our advisor base, the work has to scale with it without losing the bespoke experience advisors expect. This role is the lever that makes that happen. And increasingly, it's about using AI and automation to expand what the team can deliver, so we can support more advisors and help drive more growth for them as we scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Client Marketing team: managers, associates, and a growth marketing function focused on paid media programs across the advisor base.
  • Oversee function-wide strategic planning, capacity planning, own the team performance system, and training and development for your managers and ICs.
  • Own campaign quality and playbook development across every campaign type the team runs: branding and DBA launches, lead generation, webinars, inโ€‘person events, content, and advisor onboarding. You set the standard for what great looks like in each category and build the playbooks that make execution more consistent and scalable.
  • Build and scale the growth marketing infrastructure that helps advisors grow their business through paid efforts: own the program strategy, manage budgets and spend allocation, and build the systems that make paid marketing a repeatable, scalable growth channel for the advisor base.
  • Own senior XFN relationships across Advisor Success, Growth, Product, and Compliance. On the sales side, you're in the room with top prospects representing what the marketing offering looks like and why it's a competitive advantage for their practice.
  • Evolve the service model over time: identify where AI and automation can extend the team's capacity and help advisors grow, without compromising the quality advisors experience. You'll have the latitude to experiment with new models for an embedded marketing services team.

Must Have:

  • 7+ years in marketing with meaningful time leading clientโ€‘facing or servicesโ€‘oriented marketing teams; you've built delivery ratios, managed workload across a team, and know how to maintain quality at scale
  • Strong creative instincts grounded in what performs: when a campaign is technically correct but creatively mediocre, you catch it; when an advisor is asking for something that won't work for their audience, you redirect them
  • Proficiency in building AIโ€‘native marketing workflows and a track record of experimenting with new tooling
  • Experience managing paid marketing programs, budgets, and spend allocation: you've owned paid media investment decisions, understand how to evaluate performance across channels, and know how to build a program that scales
  • Strong operator: you build systems and hold teams to them, you run tight reviews, and you don't let loops stay open
  • Comfortable representing marketing in a sales conversation with a prospective advisor: specific, credible, and able to speak to what you'd build for them on day one

Nice to Have:

  • Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
  • Experience scaling a marketing services or client success function inside a highโ€‘growth platform
  • Experience in a complianceโ€‘regulated environment: you know how to move fast inside a compliance framework and build around it rather than treating it as a blocker
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and equity package
  • Unlimited PTO + paid company holidays
  • Access to holistic medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Company 401(k), Commuter, and HSA/FSA plans
  • NYC office in the heart of Manhattan
  • Lunch and snacks provided in the office
  • Access to virtual mental health care (Spring Health), vision related benefits (XP Health), and health concierge (Rightway) to help you find the right care
  • Access to counseling for stress management, dependent care, nutrition, fitness, legal, and financial issues (Guardian WorkLifeMatters EAP)
