Job Description

Strategic Recruitment Marketing Leadership 

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to build best-in-class recruiting capabilities by developing recruitment marketing strategies to hire critical veterinary roles. 

  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to build, test, and scale recruitment marketing programs, processes, and tactics that improve candidate attraction and hiring outcomes. 

  • Build strong relationships and maintain clear communication with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Marketing in a remote environment. 

Recruitment Marketing Performance & Job Board Optimization 

  • Develop and execute test-and-learn recruitment marketing strategies across job boards to improve awareness, engagement, and application conversion.  

  • Manage recruitment marketing campaigns, including job board sponsorships, search optimization, paid media, retargeting, demand generation, and Google Ads campaigns.  

  • Provide day-to-day direction to the Recruitment Marketing Digital Specialist and collaborate with LinkedIn, Indeed, iHire, and other recruitment marketing partners to optimize performance, troubleshoot challenges, and identify growth opportunities. 

  • Partner with Data & Analytics to measure performance across the candidate funnel, including impressions, clicks, engagement, applications, and qualified candidate generation, and deliver insights that inform recruitment marketing and hiring strategies.  

Brand Content & Recruitment Marketing Programs 

  • Own employer brand and hospital branding presence on priority job boards.  

  • Craft compelling job descriptions, support website content, and ensure employer brand alignment across candidate touchpoints. 

  • Partner with Ops and hospitals to identify and promote local differentiators, culture, career opportunities, and employee experiences that attract top veterinary talent. 

  • Create and manage content including social media, videos, testimonials, and storytelling assets using Canva. 

  • Write design briefs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to create marketing materials that support recruitment events and efforts.   

  • Monitor social media performance across corporate social accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and report on key metrics using Sprout.  

Cross-Collaboration & Partnership 

  • Develop trusted partnerships across Talent Acquisition, Operations, Marketing, and hospital leadership teams to align priorities, gather insights, and drive recruitment marketing initiatives forward. 

  • Effectively communicate project status, results, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from frontline managers to senior leaders. 

  • Lead and manage multiple recruitment marketing projects simultaneously using Asana ensuring deadlines, stakeholder expectations, and business objectives are met.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and workflows  

  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution 

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across multiple teams and organizational levels. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.  

  • Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time.

Preferred 

  • Experience building or scaling recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent attraction programs. 

  • Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring strategies and recruitment outcomes. 

  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare, veterinary, retail, or service-based organizations. 

  • Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
