Job description

THE ROLE

Are you a sharp, organized, mission-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced, uber collaborative environments? Can you jump in with your sleeves rolled up, learn fast, and bring a positive energy and enthusiasm to your work and to client relationships? In this role, you'll get the opportunity to work closely with customer success and growth teams to drive client decision-making around member-facing campaign strategy. That means putting together compelling campaign pitches and talk tracks to present to clients, analyzing data for meaningful insights to support your business case and build adoption strategy, and collaborating internally on campaign execution. 

This is a contract role built for someone who brings real curiosity, a bias toward execution, and a genuine desire to work on something that matters: Pelago is devoted to making substance use support accessible to everyone. You'll get meaningful ownership from day one - and a front-row seat to how a fast-scaling digital health company drives utilization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsibilities

- Build client-facing collateral - pitch decks, talk tracks, and supporting materials that help employer clients decide to promote Pelago to their workforce

-  Partner with Customer Success & Implementation - support customer success team (CSMs) and implementation managers in client-facing meetings with marketing updates, act as a marketing resource for managing launching and legacy accounts, and work with both teams toward client-specific enrollment goals and customer satisfaction

-  Support member enrollment campaigns - review marketing communications for quality and accuracy, manage client approval queues, and filter client feedback back to creative teams producing campaigns

-  Track campaign performance - pull enrollment data, measure campaign impact, and share clear summaries of what is and isn't working with clients to inform strategic decision-making.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2-4 years in a marketing role - B2B, health tech, or SaaS preferred
  • Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients
  • Experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to marketing efforts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Growth, and Implementation teams
  • Strong presentation skills - you're quick on your feet and can deliver compelling talk tracks and answer questions confidently
  • Demonstrates a curiosity-driven approach to AI - actively experimenting with emerging tools to unlock efficiencies, elevate the quality and depth of client reporting, and reimagine how work gets done.
  • Highly organized - you track details without being asked twice
