Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows from initial scheduling through event completion, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and exhibitor requirements are met.  
  • Design and coordinate booth layouts, product displays, and visual merchandising that showcase new collections and create an engaging brand experience.  
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors, freight carriers, installers, and event organizers to ensure timely delivery, setup, and dismantle of exhibit materials. 
  • Analyze trade show and marketing campaign performance by tracking attendance, lead generation, engagement metrics, and event outcomes to identify opportunities for future improvement. 
  • Produce and manage all event marketing assets, including catalogs, signage, sales collateral, digital presentations, and promotional materials.  
  • Develop and publish marketing content across social media, email campaigns, and the company website to promote trade shows, product launches, and company initiatives.  
  • Support the sales team by organizing lead retrieval, preparing customer-facing materials, and coordinating post-show follow-up communications.  


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of marketing related experience.  
  • Hands-on experience executing multiple trade shows, including planning, logistics, and on-site support. 
  • Experience creating digital and print marketing content, including social media, email, and promotional materials.
