Position Title:

Marketing Manager

Marketing   — CUC Healthcare Partners (CUCHP)

Reports To:

Robert Gafa, Director of Marketing; Kaori [Sr. Marketing Manager]

Scope:

Soris Pain & Vascular Institute + Vascular Specialists / IR

Employment Type:

Full-Time

Location:

Remote  — Eastern or Central time zone preferred; travel required for clinic grand openings and periodic collaboration at Chesterfield, MI headquarters

Proposed Salary:

$75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)

Target Start Date:

9/14/2026

About Soris Pain & Vascular Institute:

Soris Pain & Vascular Institute is executing a well-planned national growth strategy, targeting 18 clinic openings across 10+ states through the end of 2027. The first five locations — Chesterfield MI, Cincinnati OH, Naperville IL, Troy MI, and Arlington Heights IL — are progressing through design and permitting phases on schedule, with construction and Certificate of Occupancy (CO) timelines tracking as planned. Sites 6–18 span markets including Dallas TX, Houston TX, Orlando FL, Tampa FL, Charlotte NC, Charleston SC, Indianapolis IN, Milwaukee WI, Cleveland OH, and Seattle WA.

As we build out this national footprint, adding a dedicated marketing resource now positions us to enter each market with a strong, coordinated presence — supporting patient awareness, physician outreach, and brand consistency from day one.

VS / Interventional Radiology Integration:

Vascular Specialists / Interventional Radiology is transitioning into a Soris clinic model over the next 6–12 months. The Marketing Manager will support this brand integration and ensure continuity of marketing activity throughout the transition.

Role Overview:

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies for Soris Pain & Vascular Institute and Vascular Specialists / IR as directed by the Director of Marketing.

• Support market entry efforts for each of the 18 planned clinic locations — including local digital presence setup, geo-targeted advertising support, community outreach coordination, and grand opening event support.

• Coordinate physician referral marketing activities in partnership with Physician Liaison teams across Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois markets.

• Manage day-to-day digital marketing execution: social media, email campaigns, paid media coordination with agency partners (Terra), and online reputation management.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to produce and coordinate video, testimonial, and educational content for each market.

• Work with office teams and clinic staff to drive patient review generation and maintain local listings accuracy.

• Maintain brand consistency across all Soris and VS/IR touchpoints as the clinic footprint scales.

• Report on marketing performance metrics to the Director of Marketing, contributing to HubSpot CRM pipeline and Liine attribution reporting.

• Assist in coordinating event logistics for grand openings, physician outreach events, and community health activations.

Growth Path:

As the Soris clinic network scales, this role has a clear pathway to managing a Marketing Coordinator and taking on greater vendor oversight responsibilities. This position is designed to grow with the business.

Location & Remote Work Recommendation:

Based on the scope of this role and the geographic footprint of the expansion, we recommend hiring this individual as a remote employee within the Eastern or Central time zone, with the following expectations:

• Travel to clinic grand openings and major market entry activations as needed (estimated 4–8 trips annually as the pipeline accelerates).

• Periodic in-person collaboration at Chesterfield, MI headquarters — frequency to be determined by project needs, estimated quarterly.

• Day-to-day collaboration via video, shared platforms (Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace), and scheduled team syncs.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Required

• 3–5 years of marketing management or senior marketing experience.

• Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social, email, and local/community marketing.

• Experience working in or supporting multi-location businesses, franchise models, or market expansion initiatives.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clinic launch timelines simultaneously.

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools: social media platforms, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and agency partners.

• Self-directed and comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote environment.

Preferred:

• Healthcare, medical, or specialty clinic marketing experience (interventional radiology, vascular, pain management, or adjacent specialties).

• Experience managing or coordinating with paid media agencies.

• Familiarity with physician referral marketing and B2B healthcare outreach.

• Event coordination experience (grand openings, health fairs, community outreach).

• HubSpot CRM experience.
