Description

SeaChange is seeking a Marketing Manager to own, coordinate, and execute the day-to-day marketing efforts that support company growth. This role will manage marketing priorities across leadership, sales, external partners, and vendors while ensuring marketing activities remain aligned with business objectives. 


The ideal candidate is a highly organized, independent marketing professional who can turn strategy into action, manage competing priorities, support sales enablement, coordinate campaigns and events, and drive initiatives forward with ownership and accountability. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations & Project Management.
  • Own SeaChange's marketing plans, priorities, and execution. 
  • Manage projects across leadership, sales, external partners, and vendors. 
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, available resources, and organizational needs. 
  • Balance requests from across the organization while keeping marketing focused on high-impact work. 

Campaigns, Content & Communications

  • Lead campaign planning in partnership with sales and agency partners. 
  • Develop thought leadership, customer stories, social media content, messaging, presentations, and proof points. 
  • Ensure communications consistently reflect the SeaChange brand, voice, and business priorities. 

Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth

  • Partner with sales to develop and maintain resources that support prospect and client engagement. 
  • Coordinate creative physical and digital brand experiences, including direct mail, product engagement kits, seasonal campaigns, executive gifting, and industry-specific outreach. 

Events, Trade Shows & Client Engagement

  • Plan and manage SeaChange's presence at trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, executive roundtables, networking events, and educational workshops. 
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and attendee engagement for onsite client events and prospect experiences. 
  • Ensure event activities reinforce the SeaChange brand and solutions. 

Digital Marketing, Website & Performance

  • Maintain and optimize website content, SEO initiatives, and digital marketing efforts. 
  • Monitor KPIs, reporting, and campaign performance. 
  • Use data and insights to evaluate effectiveness and inform future decisions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience or more with progressive B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and business judgment. 
  • Excellent writing, communication, and content development abilities. 
  • Experience supporting sales organizations and business growth initiatives. 
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, external partners, and competing priorities. 
  • Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, and reporting tools preferred. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions. 
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and move work forward without continual direction from a marketing leader.
