Job description

DIGITAL STRATEGIST

Department: Communications


JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Strategist provides direct support to the Communications department and all public relations and marketing efforts for One More Child.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

  • Developing targeted multi-channel communication plans to include mass email, digital marketing aswell as communication plans within One More Childs CRM (customer relationship manager)
  • Developing digital strategies to reach a broader audience for One More Child
  • Assist with Social Media support and strategies
  • Assist with website updates and web strategies
  • Managing OpenSense digital signature internal processes
  • Producing analytical reports for leadership to further assess mass marketing efforts and goals
  • Researching trends and best practices for marketing processes and strategies
  • Implementing best practices for developed and approved marketing strategies
  • Creating graphical assets as needed
  • Serves as agency expert in Canva and offer training and brand standard guidance to outside departments.
  • Assisting with content creation
  • Proofing content prior to distribution
  • Disseminating logo assets to internal and external individuals and partners
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Communications Manager and VP of Strategic
  • Communications


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree

• Experience in digital marketing platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

This job requires the ability to work in stressful conditions from time to time and remain focused for extended periods of time. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds (boxes, documents, and/or equipment) may be required on occasion.
