Digital Transformation Strategist

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and driven Digital Transformation Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between cutting-edge technology and mission-driven operations as a solution designer. As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify, design, implement, and scale tailored AI-driven workflows and applications that address their unique challenges. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, flexibility, and a strategic mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for solving complex problems.
You will be responsible for understanding client missions, identifying opportunities for technology integration, and delivering solutions that maximize operational outcomes. Whether you are embedded with forward-deployed teams or working directly alongside senior client leadership, you will ensure our solutions align with mission objectives, empower end-users, and foster long-term scalability.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, operations, software development, or mission-focused technology solutions roles

  • Experience with data tools such as Palantir Foundry, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Experience with designing workflows, integrating technologies, or program or project management

  • Experience as a leader working directly with operational teams or senior stakeholders

  • Experience supporting proposals

  • Ability to transform complex workflows into user-friendly applications

  • Ability to take a customer need, ask the right questions to understand the "why," and ensure the product meets the actual need

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with coding languages such as Python, SQL, or R

  • Experience with military or defense operations, including SOCOM-related or DoD

  • Experience serving as a Product Owner

  • Experience testing software or products

  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in operational contexts

  • Secret clearance

  • Agile, Scrum, or Product Management Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
