About RR Digital
RR Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping law firms grow through innovative marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
We partner with ambitious law firms across the country to drive measurable business growth through paid media, SEO, web development, and marketing technology. Our team values ownership, continuous improvement, collaboration, and a results-first mindset.
We're building a team of talented professionals who enjoy solving complex problems, moving quickly, and making a meaningful impact for our clients.
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns holistically across paid search and paid social channels.
Your core focus will be on driving high-intent lead generation via Paid Search (Google Ads & Local Service Ads), while also building, managing, and scaling Paid Social campaigns (primarily Meta Ads).
You'll work closely with our Paid Advertising team to develop omni-channel media plans, identify high-converting keywords and target audiences, allocate budgets, monitor performance, and uncover optimization opportunities that drive bottom-line results for our law firm clients.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives on diving into complex campaign structures, mastering search intent, and taking full ownership of media performance.
What You'll Do
  • PPC & Search Strategy (Primary Focus): Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, Demand Gen, YouTube) tailored for high-intent legal lead generation.
  • Paid Social Strategy: Build, manage, and scale paid social campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with opportunities to expand onto platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit.
  • Omni-Channel Execution: Develop holistic paid media strategies based on client goals, ensuring paid search and paid social work together to maximize full-funnel performance.
  • Continuous Optimization: Perform daily monitoring and hands-on optimization across search terms, negative keywords, bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS), audience targeting, creative assets, and ad copy.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, impression share, Quality Score, and lead quality to scale accounts efficiently.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Execute continuous A/B testing across search copy, ad extensions, audience segments, creative assets, and landing page experiences.
  • Technical Setup: Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, conversion actions, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Google Ads tags, and Meta pixels.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain accurate campaign setup, budget management, and reporting processes. Present performance insights, strategies, and clear updates to internal teams and clients.

  • Proven experience scaling lead generation campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI targets.
  • Technical proficiency with campaign attribution, conversion tracking, GTM, and performance reporting platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Domo, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Mastery of search engine marketing (SEM) fundamentals: match types, negative keyword strategies, Quality Score optimization, and automated bidding strategies.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and multi-touch user journeys.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and take ownership of performance.
